(A rendezvous with stylist Neha Panda)
It seems almost like yesterday when we kick-started our brand… starry-eyed, with a dream to bring the best of Brit fashion to all you wonderful ladies out there, to give each of you what you deserve…nothing less than the best.
It was a wonderful launch, you welcomed us with arms wide open and our journey at Miss Chase has been nothing short of a fairy-tale since then.
We remember our little tete-a-tetes; our style-diaries where we carefully picked out the best style advice for you and in turn you bared your hearts to us about what you desire and what works for you!
Well….long story short… we miss those days! Don’t you?
And that’s the reason we decided to bring back our heart-to-heart sessions!
Ladies, we have a surprise for you!
We are always on the lookout for the newest trends in the big world of fashion. So when we spotted a very familiar face in a certain new ad campaign from Myntra, we knew we just had to get her to talk to us somehow!
Still from the advert “The Visit”
o here’s a small introduction of our diva, whose advert has recently gone viral on Youtube.
Working as a stylist for more than five years now, Neha Panda has redefined how Tollywood looks onscreen with her signature quirky style and creative ideas in quite a lot of movies – HawaBodol and MaachMisti&More topping the list; both being movies where she has dabbled in acting as well!
Neha Panda
We heart her unique style and her passion for creating the kind of fashion that doesn’t stick to the basics but revels in its exclusivity, don’t you?
Check out what she has to say about her journey so far and on being a trendsetter for the masses!
Tell us about yourself and your career so far, how did you become a fashion stylist and then an actress?
I have been working as a stylist since 2010, also the year I graduated from NIFT Kolkata. Styling seemed like an easy way out of the ridiculous competition in college; little did I know it was tough! But it has definitely been a very satisfying job for me as a freelancer. I have done around 22 movies and as many ads and a lot of still shoots.
I became an actress by chance. It happened when I was styling for a movie and the director wanted a person exactly like me , who behaved  and looked like me, to act in that movie! As we didn’t get ME me…..I had to take up the role which I did very, very happily!
How would you describe your personal style?
My style depends on my moods. It is a mix ‘n’ match of bohemian and punk.
Something odd evens me out.

What a Stud – Power Shoulder Top
Do the clothing choices you make at work inspire your personal style?
Of course! You are what you wear. If I suddenly start wearing normal denims and tees, people around me might start getting worried about my health. I need to feel creative ‘n’ freaky with my personal style choices.
If you could choose a celebrity closet to shop in, who’s would it be and why?
Olsen twins…..they are my height and the clothes are like, so ME…whatever they create or wear!
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen

All In The Sleeves Shift Dress & Bare Necessities Bodycon Dress
Sport these fun pieces to replicate the Olsen twins’style!
You style a lot of people in the public eye; do you consider yourself to be a trendsetter?
Yes, like in Kolkata I take credit for changing the look of Bengali movies and definitely when I got into acting, my influence on the janta was more for the way I looked than my acting. And I see lot of youngsters following my work or my personal style.
What items do you feel are worth splurging on?
Well, there is always a cheaper option but yes, splurge on good shoes and bags! The size always fits! If you keep them safe you can wear them forever!
