WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I’M NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt, then the order comes back to the Miss Chase warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform about the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Our services are however currently only available online. But we do have plans to make our products available at some of the well-known stores and shops on your requests. HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPONS/ CREDITS?

At the end of your purchase, at the ‘checkout’ stage, as you make your payment, you can avail the discount coupon/voucher amount as well as your credits against your grand-total by simply clicking on the relevant option and keying in your unique code. The discount value shall be debited from your total and you can choose to pay any remaining amount using any other payment mechanism of your choice.

Should you choose to return the product so purchased, the relevant amount shall be added as ‘store credits’ to your account which you may avail against any future purchases. Vouchers/coupons however, cannot be reused.

WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART, DOES IT GUARANTEE THAT I HAVE THE MERCHANDISE?

We are sorry. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee that it will still be available when you are ready to make your purchase. We do not block a product for you when you add it to your cart until we receive the payment confirmation from your end for the product.
