If your transaction has not been processed already, (which means we might have already dispatched your order) you can cancel by simply calling Miss Chase Customer Loyalty Team and we shall refund your amount as store credits.
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I MODIFY PART OF IT?
In case you really really need to go for a different size or opt for a different colour, or maybe get it delivered to a different address, you can do so, as long as your order has not been processed (which means we have probably already sent it your way).
If your order HAS been processed already, you can opt for a return/exchange.
However, we advise you to get in touch with our friendly and very understanding Miss Chase Customer Loyalty Team ASAP so we can sort it out for you either ways, and quickly.
I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN SHALL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID and a valid reason of cancellation. For all the valid reason of cancellation, we will cancel your order and would initiate a refund as the form of store credits and this process might take some time.
