You can place a request for exchange or return any time within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. We won’t be able to process returns in case the request for returns is placed after 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. We recommend that if you need an alternate size or replacement, do get in touch with us at the earliest as your desired size may get sold out.
Please note: All the products requested for returns must be unworn, unwashed products and should have the price tags and merchandise tags attached. Items that do not match these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
On an average it takes about 30 days to process an exchange or return request from the time that we receive your return package.
WILL YOU PICK UP RETURNS FROM MY HOME/OFFICE?
Of course! We take care of all the necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location.
If we’re unable to provide for a pick up in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice. We will credit Rs.100 to your Miss Chase account as a refund towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment.
HOW DO I PACK MY RETURNS PACKAGE?
Packing your returns box is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.
Step 1: Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. You can either use the Miss Chase box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own.
Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from Miss Chase into the returns box and secure the box with an adhesive tape.
Step 3: Finally paste the Self-gumming RETURNS LABEL on the box. This label has your order number and the returns delivery address. In case you lose or damage the Return Label, send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label, so that we can identify your shipment and validate its contents.
CAN I CANCEL / RETURN A PART OF THE ORDER?
At Miss Chase, we try to make sure that you have the best online shopping experience digitally possible. You can cancel or return any part of your order as long as it meets our returns policy (basically as long as its unsoiled and got all its labels intact) and the cancelled/returned amount shall be credited to your account as store credits. However, items bought on SALE or promotional offers cannot be returned.
1. Cancellations can be done as long as your order has not gone into process.
2. If your order has already been processed, then you can simply return it within 30 days of delivery.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU PROCESS MY RETURNS?
1. Once we receive your shipment at our warehouse, the quality team will check the consignment for fulfilment of our return norms. We will process your Replacement, Store Credits or Refunds in a maximum of 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of your returns shipment.
2. In case the products do not qualify for returns or in case of any other issues, our returns team will get in touch with you.
DO I GET CHARGED FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS?
1. Returns are FREE at Miss Chase. You do not pay for Return Shipments!
2. However, if we’re unable to arrange for a pickup in your city, we will credit Rs.100 to your Miss Chase
Store account towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT! NOW WHAT?
At Miss Chase, we create products with rigorous quality control. In rare cases where you do receive damaged or soiled products, please send us digital photos of the product at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving it and call us on (022) 3077 0260, Mondays to Fridays, between 10 am and 7 pm. We’ll assist you and
will provide you with the best possible solution with your complaint.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?
You can track your returns in 2 easy ways –
Miss Chase provides a free pick up - When courier executive picks up the products you want to return, he will give you an AWB number (tracking number). Please keep this safe. You can track your shipment online using this AWB number. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation mail.
Return Shipment sent by you - If you are sending the return goods on your own, you can track the status of your shipment online with the AWB number your courier company gives you. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation mail.
HOW ARE RETURNS CALCULATED IF MULTIPLE ITEMS HAVE BEEN BOUGHT USING A DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
When a discount voucher is used, it gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to their value. For example, if you've purchased one item worth INR 300 and one item worth INR 100, and used a INR 50 discount voucher, then 75% of the voucher value (INR 37.5) would be allocated to the INR 300 item, and 25% (INR 12.5) to the INR 100 item.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
It's really simple!
Just return it and place a fresh order. Your previous order will be reimbursed to you as store credits anyways.
