DO YOU DELIVER IN MY AREA?
Miss Chase shall find you wherever you are in India as long as you get our mail! We are ready to climb mountains and sail rivers to deliver your order. However, based on logistical concerns, it might take us longer to get to you.
Please feel free to contact Miss Chase Customer Loyalty Team for any delivery related queries. Short of divine interventions, we usually make every attempt to ensure that you get what you want at your selected location, and that too as early as possible!
I WANT MY PRODUCTS TO BE DELIVERD AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, the shipping address can only be altered before your order acquires the “In Process” stage. (You can look this up in your account or call us for assistance).
Tip: Your shipping address (Where you want your order to be delivered) can very well differ from your billing address (Address registered under the credit card you are paying with). So you can go-ahead and spring that perfect surprise on a loved-one, or get your own delivery wherever you are. Moreover, you may also add multiple addresses to your account and then select any of those at the time of placing order!
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE INDIA?
Miss Chase is a pan-India venture as of now. However, we will very shortly be launching international delivery. Stay tuned for updates.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET!
If you have not received your order during the slated time period, please contact our Miss Chase Customer Loyalty Team at (022)3077 0260 or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can follow up on your order and update you on the status. We are really sorry about not being able to deliver your order within the time frame committed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?
Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received on second attempt, then the order comes back to freecultr.com warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 days.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once the order ships out from our end, we will inform you. We'll also provide you with the tracking number so you can keep a tab on your online order until you receive it.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ARTICLE OR A TAMPERED PARCEL?
At Miss Chase we strive hard to give you nothing but the best of the best. But just in case you have received a tampered parcel, show the delivery boy what you mean and call us up!
Please do not receive the parcel. Instead, please call up the Miss Chase Customer Loyalty Team and lodge a complaint mentioning the same. God forbid, if you should have received an incorrect article, get on the phone with the Miss Chase Customer Loyalty Team - we will take care of the rest. Then again, this does not happen...
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We at Miss Chase are responsible for the delivery of your order from the timing you have placed and confirmed your order with us. After we have dispatched your shipment you would be informed. We will give you the tracking number and you can track the delivery status of your order.
HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
You can choose different billing and shipping address at the time of placing your order. In case if you've forgotten to do that, you can call Miss Chase Customer Loyalty Team and update them regarding the change in the billing and shipping address before your order is shipped out from our end.
